We all have days where we just can’t seem to find the motivation. Today is one of those for me.
I was home sick yesterday and I am back at the office today. The only reason I am here is to take care of payroll as our bookkeeper is on vacation and the troops must be paid on time at all costs. This email is a reminder to me too…
1. Keep your eye on the prize. Make sure you are working towards a goal and make sure what you are doing fits into the plan to achieve the goal.
2. Habits. Develop habits and rituals for repeating tasks. After a few weeks you will get them done without even thinking about it. From my hypnosis training the magic number is 21. 21 days to establish a new behavior pattern.
3. Team. Get others around you that are high achievers. They will keep you moving. Energy is contagious. Hire an assistant if you need to.
